About Me

With me you get one person who covers the whole picture — design, development, SEO, hosting — with no handoffs in between, before and long after launch.

I've worked with Statamic for years: building sites, maintaining open-source addons, and being part of the community. I know the platform well, but more importantly I know how to fit it to each project: the right content model, the right editing experience, the right frontend.

That frontend can be a classic server-rendered site, a statically generated one, or Statamic running headless behind a modern JavaScript framework like Next.js or SvelteKit.

Design & development

How much of each depends on the client. Sometimes I'm both designer and developer. Sometimes I join a team with a clear design vision, and my job is to understand it, build it properly, and push back where I see a better solution. I've done this with early-stage startups, mid-size companies, and large organizations.

If you want someone who thinks about UX and helps shape the concept from the start, I do that. If you know exactly what you want and need it built exactly that way, I do that too.

Technical SEO

I build sites so search engines can properly read them — clean markup, structured data, great performance — which increasingly also decides whether you get cited by AI chatbots. For existing sites, I do SEO audits and competitive analyses.

Hosting & support

I don't disappear after launch. I host and maintain most of the sites I build, with monitoring in place — usually I know about a problem before the client does. Content migrations, performance issues, editor questions: all part of the job.

Taking over existing projects

If your developer or agency is gone and you're left with a site nobody fully understands — I've taken over several projects in exactly that state. I'll work my way into the codebase, get you back in control, and fix what actually needs fixing. No judgment about what I find, and no reflexive "this all has to be rebuilt." In my experience, the site is often in better shape than the collaboration was.
