Deutscher Stiftungstag

A flexible, self-managed event platform for the annual flagship conference of the Bundesverband Deutscher Stiftungen. The association previously worked with multiple service providers for website, shop, and ticketing — with no scalable way to manage a recurring event of this size independently. We replaced that dependency with a Statamic-based platform tightly integrated with Shopify for ticket sales, SevDesk for automated invoicing, and Apple Wallet and Google Wallet for mobile ticket delivery. The event team can now manage the full programme, filter attendees, import member lists, and handle all bookings autonomously. Built mobile-first, DSGVO-compliant, and designed to be reused year after year.
